Chicken Cacciatore + Couscous


Serves 4

Free range chicken thigh, braised in spices, green olive, tomato + white wine, served with cous cous. To serve, simmer cacciatore in a sauce pan. To cook the cous cous, pour 2 cups of boiling  water over cous cous and allow to sit for 10 minutes before fluffing with a fork and drizzling with olive oil.
